Course description:

This course provides practical guidelines on how to improve the effectiveness of virtual meetings. Interactive tasks with individual trainer feedback will allow participants to get hands-on experience of best practice techniques.

Delegates learn techniques to apply as both a meeting leader and participant and discover how to successfully contribute to an effective workflow and become recognized and appreciated members of a team. The course also outlines and practices skills to improve participants’ ability to motivate, persuade and reassure their colleagues.
