Course description:

One of the biggest challenges of remote work is the different nature of working relationships given lack of face to face interactions. It can be difficult to understand how our colleagues feel if we are only able to communicate with them via emails, conference calls and webinars. Furthermore, remote communication can easily lead to misunderstandings which can generate problems in both efficiency and relationships.
