Course description:
A leader’s role in communicating change is essential. If organizational changes are not communicated well these transformations can easily decrease morale, motivation and productivity. It is particularly the case when you work remotely and rarely or never meet your team members or employees in person.
If we have the right tools of communication and know how and when to use them, we can easily reassure our employees while boosting loyalty, productivity and well-being.
The aim of this course is to provide leaders’ a skillset via best practices and improvisational theatre techniques so they can be authentic and successful communicators while contributing to a positive work culture.
