Course description:

A leader’s role in communicating change is essential. If organizational changes are not well communicated these transformations can easily decrease morale, motivation and productivity. On the other hand, if we have the right tools of communication and know how and when to use them, we can easily reassure our employees while boosting loyalty, productivity and well-being.

The aim of this course is to provide leaders a skillset so they can be authentic and successful communicators while contributing to a positive work culture.
